A Solo Trip To Wellington, New Zealand – 2

Now… Let’s continue!

You can purchase a ticket at the reception upstairs (The only thing I needed to do was check-in as I have bought a ticket online already). This brochure is given to visitors there too!🙆

Okay, this is my first impression to see this brochure thing…

“Awwww there’s weta… too… (I hate bugs…)”

Now that reminded me of the class I took in high school here. I still remember the teacher brought a specimen to the class and showed it to us. It was very shocking for me…😱

Also, I was just wondering if I could actually see the birds here because when I went to visit the Phillip Island in Australia which is famous for koalas, there was literally nothing. Well, yes indeed, there was a koala far far away from where I was standing but I wasn’t too sure if it was really a koala. So, I was hoping for it since I traveled all the way to Zealandia from the city.

Once going in, it takes about 1 and a half hours to look around by walking, but I saw a lot of families with small kids too. It is amazing for kids to get surrounded by rich nature like this place🙌
